Al-Baqiyat Al-Salihats Association is a leading non-profit organization in supporting and caring for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly. It was founded by Dr. Abla Al-Kahlawy twenty years ago. The association is among the first major civil society organizations to join and establish the National Alliance for Developmental Non-Profit Work. To achieve its goals, its work structure was formed to include four main sectors:

- The first sector: Abla Al-Kahlawy Integrated Care and Medical Complex for Alzheimer’s and the Elderly, which includes:
1- "Abi" and "Omi" Homes – the largest and most modern care homes for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly in the region.
2- Abla Al-Kahlawy Hospital for Alzheimer’s and the Elderly – construction completed and medical equipment installation underway.
3- Alzheimer’s Academy
4- Remote Care Center for Alzheimer’s Patients and the Elderly
5- Abla Al-Kahlawy Nursing Institute – Five-Year Program

- The second sector: Specialized Community Services for the Elderly and Alzheimer’s Patients – the first of its kind in the country, launching pioneering initiatives to support this group.

- The third sector: Support and Care for Quran Memorizers.

- The fourth sector: Administrative and Financial Sector.
