Abla Al-Kahlawy Integrated Medical and Care Complex for Alzheimer’s and the Elderly

The first and most advanced integrated services complex in Egypt and the Middle East, providing the latest global medical and care services for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly. The complex consists of five main units:

1. "Abi" and "Omi" Homes – the largest and most modern care homes for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly in the region. These homes were established and managed according to international codes and standards for Alzheimer’s and elderly care, and their capacities have been recently upgraded. 2. Abla Al-Kahlawy Hospital for Alzheimer’s and the Elderly – construction has been completed, and medical equipment installation is underway. In a few months, it will become the first and most advanced hospital specializing in Alzheimer’s and elderly care, with a capacity of 200 beds and five central operating rooms. Specialized treatment units include a Geriatric Medicine Unit for early detection of Alzheimer’s and age-related diseases, a Wound Care Unit, and a Pain Management Unit.

3. Alzheimer’s Academy – the first academy of its kind, focused on raising awareness of issues and challenges faced by the elderly and Alzheimer’s patients, enhancing the skills of healthcare professionals working in this field, and training qualified personnel to provide specialized care for this group.

4. Remote Care Center for Alzheimer’s Patients and the Elderly – launching the first specialized remote care center for Alzheimer’s patients and the elderly.

5. Abla Al-Kahlawy Nursing Institute – Five-Year Program – dedicated to graduating qualified and specialized nursing staff in elderly and Alzheimer’s patient care.
